Yoga To Increase Height After 25

Tadasana (Tree Pose): Tree pose also known as mountain pose is an ideal posture to increase height. To do this asana, stand straight with small gap in your feet as your shoulder. Keep your hand up and interlock your hand fingers as shown below. Now bend your body slightly left from waist and count to 12 and then bend your body to right side and count again to 12. Repeat it 5-8 times daily.
