Some countries have crazy law and regulations and they land up banning some unusual and crazy things. You might be shocked if you are living and growing in a country that free from all type of this weird law. Let me share some crazy and strange laws from around the world that still actually exist.
Iran: Funky or Western Hair Style
In 2010, western and funky hair styles like mullet, spikes and ponytail are banned in Iran. Iranian government published and sent catalogue to Iranian barber association with a list of hair style for men and woman that are accepted or not. The ban continues to be in practice.

North Korea: Blue Jeans
Not other color jeans, just blue jeans are banned in North Korea. North Korea’s hatred for America is not unknown, so Asian nation decided to ban blue jeans in North Korea because blue color is associates with United State. This ban is limited to blue color jeans only, people are allowed to wear black and other color jeans.

Denmark: Most Baby Names
Oh no! This name is not allowed for personal name, Denmark is very strict on baby names. Parents have to choose name from a list of 24,000 pre-allowed names. If parent want different name, they have to apply for government permission. This is one of the crazy and strange laws from around the world that not allowed parents to freely name their child.

Greece: Video Games
In Greece, European country banned peoples from playing all types of video games to crack down on illegal gambling on electronic gambling machine. This law banned all electronic or software type games in the country. This law modified in 2003 but still bans peoples from playing video games in internet cafes.

Saudi Arabia: Valentine’s Day
A Muslim shouldn’t celebrate Valentine’s Day a Non-Muslim celebration because it encourages immoral relation between unmarried woman and men. For that, Kingdom’s conservative religious police in South Africa have banned celebration of this occasion.
